Amazing Grace

OK, I need a nice long nap after spending two days with this bundle of emotion...lol. I've photographed Gracie and her parents Sharon & Ernie many times, but when it came to Gracie's 1st birthday photos she was not a happy camper. Our birthday session started on Monday and ended this afternoon...lol. Hopefully when I see her again this summer she will be in a much better mood. Thank goodness we did get some great shots to melt her parent's hearts.

This evening I had the pleasure of shooting a very talented singer/songwriter. When I first met Akintayo when he accompanied his beautiful wife Beatrice for her maternity session. I was extremely happy to hear from him this past weekend to schedule a shoot. When he told me what the photos were for I was so excited. Aparently, he was one of the 3 runners up to the John Lennon Songwritting contest in the R&B category!!

Little Miss Journee

Today I had a great time with little Miss Journee. She came in today for her 1yr portraits. She is still a little peanut, but is as beautiful as ever. I look forward to watching her grow up.

Today I was suppose to shoot little Miss Shannen's 2yr portraits. Her mommy called me yeterday to let me know Shannen was not feeling well. I hope she feels better soon and we can get her portraits done in a week or two.
