Happy Sweet 16 Nyasiah

I've known this young lady and her family for about 7yrs. It's been amazing to watch her blossom into a beautiful young lady. She didn't want the big party or anything like that for her birthday. She asked her parents for a photo session. So naturally when I found out I did my best to go all out for her. We had my make-up artist come in and give her many amazing looks. Here is are a few from her session. She's also going to be my senior rep at WHS next year. I can't wait to shoot her senior portraits this summer!!

Mariah's Sweet 16

This was an AMAZING sweet 16 this past Saturday.  Beautiful cake by Sweet Sweet Sue's, ladies in tables, and a pair of awesome Converse. What a way to party it up. Here is a sneak peek at the party. I can't wait to finish proofing the photos so Mariah and her mom can relive the entire night all over again.

Simply Beautiful!!

I am so excited to shoot Mariah's sweet 16 in about two weeks. I met with her and her mom yesterday for a quick shoot on the Perth Amboy waterfront. It was a beautiful overcast day with a bit of a strong breeze. Even though Mariah was a bit shy she gave GREAT face...lol. I can't wait to see her all dressed up and glowing for her party.

Angie's Sweet 16

Well October 1st was my first day back to business as usual, and on October 2nd I shot Angie's sweet 16. What a way to just jump back in...lol. Angie was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The camera totally loves this young lady. She had her party at the Ariana's Grand in Woodbridge. Let me tell you, that place is really beautiful. They went all out to include Angie's colors into the decoration of the room. SIMPLY STUNNING!! And don't get me started on the cake. It was made by Sweet Sweet Sue's and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. OK now that I've told you how BEAUTIFUL everything was...lol, here are a few images from last nights FUN!!

I'm staying up a bit later than I intended editing the photos from Yariana's Sweet 16 and I came across this image. It just "speaks" to me, so I wanted to share it with you. Enjoy!!

Yariana's Sweet 16

You know you had a great shoot when every muscle you move aches the next day...lol. Yesterday I shot Yariana's Sweet 16 party. I had a great time. This little lady was not afraid to ham it up in front of the camera...lol. She was absolutely stunning in her gown. Here are a few from her special day.

I almost forgot to mention that these dresses were designed and made by Albert at Pacheko Boutique (495 New Brunswick Ave, Fords, NJ 732-661-2002‎). See the flowing part of the dress at the bottom? Well that part actually "tears" away to create a very cute minidress. The ladies incorporated the "tear away" skirt in the courts dance. Very tasteful and very beautiful!

Sweet 16 Jayleen

WOW WOW WOW WOW!! I just got home from Miss Jayleen's sweet 16. I had such a fun time with her and her family. I loved every minute of my time with them. Not only did we luck out had have a super warm day (warm for April at least) we had such a mild night that we were able to get some shots outside and NOT freeze. Did I mention we were on the Perth Amboy water front? Eileen and John threw such a nice party it was a shame that Cinderella had to go home at midnight.

Anita's Sweet 16

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Anita and her family in celebration of her sweet 16. I had a really great time with them. They are a lively and fun crowd to just hang around. They made me feel like a guest with a camera instead of hired help. I look forward to seeing them all again.
